步操是本隊的重點訓練項目，而步操口令則是指揮官於步操時叫

喊出來，以指揮隊員整齊步操的句子。口令分為三部份，分別是:

1. Introduction (介令) - 是介紹將會要全隊做的動作

                                 - Squad:  練習時用

                                 - Patrol:  檢閱時用

                                 - Parade: 檢閱時，檢閱總指揮用

2. Cautionary (預令)   - 高聲要全隊準備要做動作的口令，通常會

                                   把預令拉長及在預令與動令間停頓2-3秒

3. Executive (動令)    -  尖而短促的口令  

          叫喊口令要大聲、清晰而有力、有中氣及高音兼有氣勢，是訓

練課程中較難掌握的一環。下面展示了本隊主要的步操口令。
