Winter Solstice: Glutinous Rice Ball-Making Class

The Home Economics Club, Chinese History Club and Library Service Group have jointly organized a glutinous rice ball-making class. Students were given the opportunity to learn about Winter Solstice and the cultural significance of having glutinous rice balls as a symbol of reunion. They were also taught how to choose healthy fillings, having understood the importance of both physical well-being.   

The event was a great success, with many teachers and students participating and enjoying a joyful afternoon.
