S1 Registration (2025-2026)

Time: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm; 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Venue: Room 105, Hall

Please prepare the following items:

(1) Allocation Slip and Admission Slip

(2) Original and photocopy of their identity card for data verification

(3) A photocopy of a document containing the residential address in both Chinese and English (e.g. utility bill) for data verification

Arrangements for inclement weather: 

In case of inclement weather on the day of registration, please pay attention to the announcements on the radio/television or the news release posted on the Hong Kong government's "1-stop" portal (www.gov.hk) to learn about special arrangements. If the Education Bureau announces the suspension of classes, the registration will be postponed. Please pay attention to the school's website for specific details.

Points to note:

1. New S1 student must be accompanied by their parent / guardian for the registration. If parent/guardian cannot accompany them for registration, they may authorize a representative to bring the "Authorization for Form One Student Registration" to the school for registration procedures. This authorization must be obtained through the primary school in advance.

2. S1 students must take the Hong Kong Attainment Test (HAT) on Tuesday, 15th July 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. They must bring the Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) slip for the test. If they need to take a leave of absence due to unforeseen circumstances, they must submit a leave letter to the school on or before 11th July 2025. If they need to take a leave of absence due to illness, the student's parent/guardian must call the school at 2478 7348 to inform the school office on the day of the test and submit a parent’s letter and a medical certificate on or before 21st July 2025.

3. If the Education Bureau announces the suspension of classes on Tuesday, 15th July 2025, due to inclement weather, parents and students should pay attention to the latest information and activity arrangements posted on the school's website.
