2025-2026 Mt. Fuji, Japan Trip

The school’s "Mountaineering Training Programme 2025-2026" core expedition to Mt. Fuji, Japan, was successfully held from July 4 to July 10, 2025. Led by the Principal Ms. Chau Ho Wai, Mr. Chan Po Yuen, Ms. Chang Mei Po, and Mr. Fung Tsz Ho, the team challenged themselves and successfully completed the climbing mission.

Overcoming Adverse Weather to Reach the Summit
 On July 5, the team travelled from Lake Kawaguchi to the 5th Station for altitude acclimatisation. On July 6, as they advanced to the 8th Station, they encountered heavy rain and thick clouds. While the harsh weather brought worries, students stayed determined, supported one another in the rain, and pressed forward. Fortunately, the weather cleared the following morning on July 7, and the entire team successfully summited Mt. Fuji, thanks to their perseverance.

Growth Through Adversity and Strong Team Spirit
 Facing bad weather and physical limits, students learned never to give up. The team stood together in adversity, showing great unity and mutual care. The continuous support and guidance from the Principal and the three teachers served as a strong backbone for the students, deepening teacher-student bonds and leaving a valuable milestone in their school life.

 Looking back on the journey, we express our heartfelt gratitude for the school's meticulous arrangements, which allowed students to learn outside the classroom through a unique experience. We hope all participating students benefit from this trip. The school also encourages all students to face difficulties without fear, embrace challenges, and strive for self-breakthrough in their future paths.
